photo wallet

At a swap with my SU upline, and another fellow SU demonstrator, we made photo wallets-fashioned after the tutorial from Splitcoaststampers. Now I just need to put the right photos in and journal. We used the new in colors and ribbons from Stampin'Up. It was a lot of fun. It's amazing way up here in the Arctic to be blessed with such great people.

Merry & Bright

Today was the first time I tried this kind of card. I liked the way it turned out. I used Blue Bayou, soft sky, dazzling diamonds, the 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" square punches, and the spiral punch to make the "filmstrip" look. I used the words from the Snowfall set, with the Merry & Bright set from Stampin' Up. I wanted to put ribbon in too...but it seemed too much somehow. Maybe the next one!

Noel

This is the third card I made for the swap, using the Noel stamp, in the Big on Christmas set. It is supposed to look like the tag on a present.

Big on Christmas 2

This is another one for the swap. Isn't it fun thinking about Christmas in October? This set is simple, but there's so much to do with it. I would have posted sooner, but we are getting ready for Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Big On Christmas Swap

This was a card I made for a swap with my up-line, and another demonstrator here. I used the So Swirly Stampin' Up jumbo wheel for the background design, and white craft ink. It was a fun card to make. I really enjoy this set.

Gearing up for Christmas

I was playing around with the Perfect Presentation set, and the scallop punch, and ended up making a small gift tag. It has a small red rhinestone brad that doesn't show too well.

Fall Thank You card

This is a thank you card I made for my family who sent my son's birthday presents up here to Alaska! I used the Spectrum pad from Stampin' Up to achieve the multi color look. This is also my first post.
